Attorney Ashley W. Phillips is a multi- state licensed legal professional* with 12 years of legal experience ranging from domestic litigation, child custody, wills and testaments, large scale corporate litigation, criminal felony & misdemeanor defense, debt defense, plaintiff’s personal injury and more.
As a military spouse, he is proud to serve South Alabama focusing on domestic disputes between spouses and parents, especially the specials needs of our Active Duty Military Members facing divorce and custody issues.
Attorney Phillips is well aware of the tremendous financial strain and stress that domestic litigation presents. These legal challenges are some of the most emotionally and financially taxing times in any parents life. As a former single parent who endured years of litigation over his own (now adult) child, he brings this unique, first hand experience as a former single parent litigant into his practice. He understands what it means to be a parent fighting for their children.
